3. What are your business hours?
Our regularly scheduled business hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, CST.

6. Do you provide a certificate of destruction?
Yes. We provide our customers with a certificate of destruction which will display all equipment that has been received and destroyed properly and completely in accordance with equipment disposal directives.

8. How do I know that my sensitive data will be secure?
Our Chicago facility maintains and implements high security measures to ensure that all electronics are securely recycled. With 24/7 CCTV surveillance, gated vehicle access, card control entry, monitored employees who have undergone criminal background checks, NIST and DOD compliant hard drive wiping, we can assure your sensitive electronic data will be non-retrievable. 9. Do you offer any sponsorship opportunities for fundraisers/events?

10. Do you offer nationwide service?
Yes. We have many sites in North America that provide logistical services. Whether you're in Chicago, Peoria, Indianapolis (IN) or even Minneapolis (MN), our logistics coordinators will work closely with you to schedule a convenient pick-up. 11. What payment options are available for my recycling services?
Corporate customers are required to pay by purchase order or credit card. Accepted credit cards are Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
12. Is there some type of auditing system in place to ensure the proper management of my assets?
Yes, and we welcome your due diligence. Our Chicago facility is ISO 9001 & 14001 registered and averages 2-3 client audits per week. Also, our full time Environment, Health and Safety Managers make sure internal health and safety audits are conducted monthly.
