PS 87 Playground Electronics Recycling Event
New York, NY - Sims Recycling Solutions, the world's largest electronics recycler is holding an e-waste recycling event on Saturday, April 9th at the PS 87 Playground located at 77th street between Amsterdam & Columbus Aves in New York, NY. This event will run from 12:00pm to 5:00pm and is open to all New York City residents. Event sponsors include the Upper West Side Recycling Center and NYC Councilperson Gale Brewer's Office.

Sims Recycling Solutions' staff will be on-site during event hours to remove electronic items from your car. Electronic equipment being accepted is: computers (desktops or laptops), televisions, computer monitors, keyboards, mice, desktop printers, fax machines, scanners, VCRs, DVD players, DVRs, portable digital music players, digital converter boxes, cable or satellite receivers, electronic or video game consoles.
"We are happy to offer this service to the community of the Upper West Side and would like to thank our sponsors for helping us make this happen," Stated Steve Skurnac, President of Sims Recycling Solutions, North America.
All equipment collected at this event will be brought to Sims Recycling Solutions' recently opened Edison, NJ facility, its 13th such recycling facility in North America and 42nd such facility worldwide.
