Regulatory Fulfillment

Sims Recycling Solutions can prepare and submit client registration documentation for each State as required by law.

As allowed by law, Sims can submit any one time or annual registration or report fee due on behalf of a client.

All Sims Recycling Solutions facilities have been audited by a third party and are either ISO 14001 certified or in the process of being certified. We have established Environmental Management and Safety Standards that all our facilities must follow, as contractually required by any of our downstream vendors. Documentation that demonstrates auditing by Sims Recycling Solutions or its agents of downstream processors or vendors can be provided upon request.

We can perform sampling of collected covered electronic devices or cooperate with the State as it performs any mandatory brand sampling.
